1. The promoter is: High View Design Pty Ltd whose registered office is in Dunsborough, WA 6281 Western Australia.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand aged 18 years or over except employees of Lingo Cards, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is granting Lingo Cards permission to use their photography or videography in current and future marketing material, both online and offline.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be Monday 29th October 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Entry is by social media post to Instagram or Facebook from the entrant’s personal account. The post must contain the hashtag #lingotribe and feature Lingo Cards within the post. The format must be either a photograph or minimum 15 second video. Posts may contain people as long as the cards can be clearly seen as a subject of the post. ‘Stories’ do not count as entry channels, the post must be on the entrant’s main Instagram or Facebook profile. Entries must not contain any nudity, obscene language or content deemed as controversial or offensive by Lingo Cards. Should the winning post be deemed to break these Terms and Conditions, Lingo Cards reserves the right to disqualify the entry and draw a replacement winner.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows:

1 x $250US Amazon.com gift card per winner, with 3 winners being selected. One winner will be selected at the end of August, one will be selected at the end of September, and one will be selected at the end of October. If the winner desires the gift card to be in currency other than US dollars, it must be one of the currencies of the countries valid for entry (see point 2).

13. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
14. The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook and/or Instagram within 28 days of that month’s draw. The winners will also be announced on Lingo Cards social media profiles. If the winner cannot be contacted or they do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her social media account handle image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. The winner’s names will be available 28 days after the final closing date by emailing the following address: aimee@itslingo.com
21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Lingo Cards and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.itslingo.com/
23. Lingo Cards shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
