Lingo Lucky Ticket – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

This promotional game (“Promotion”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older as of the date of participation. Valid in all countries except where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Lingo Playing Cards are not eligible.

 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on July 1st, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT) on December 31st, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). All prize claims must be received no later than December 31st, 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be honoured.

 

3. How to Enter

You can receive a Lingo Lucky Ticket in two ways:

 

A. With Purchase (Automatic Entry)

Receive one (1) scratch card with every order of 5 units or more from www.lingoplayingcards.com or from authorised stockists during the Promotion Period, while supplies last.

 

B. No Purchase Necessary – Free Method of Entry

Include your full name, age, email address, and mailing address. One entry per household. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 10, 2026, and received by December 20, 2026. Entries without sufficient postage or incomplete details will not be processed.


 

4. Prizes

Every Lingo Lucky Ticket reveals one (1) of the following prizes:

  • 50% off your next order

  • Free shipping on your next order

  • Buy One Get One Free

  • Grand Prize: One (1) $5,000 USD prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card

Only one (1) grand prize exists across the entire Promotion.


 

5. Prize Redemption Requirements

To claim any prize, participants must:

  • Retain and present the original scratch ticket

  • Provide proof of purchase matching the ticket

  • Redeem by mailing hello@lingoplayingcards.com with all necessary proof

Lingo reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all claims. Damaged, altered, or incomplete tickets are void.


 

6. Odds of Winning

Every ticket is a winner. The odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of tickets distributed. The odds of winning the grand prize are approximately 1 in 5000. 

 

7. Taxes and Compliance

Winners are solely responsible for any local taxes, duties, or legal reporting requirements in their region. The grand prize winner may be required to complete additional documentation for tax compliance, depending on country of residence.


 

8. General Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted except at Lingo’s sole discretion.

  • Lingo Playing Cards is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries or tickets.

  • Lingo reserves the right to suspend, alter, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

9. Publicity

Winners agree that Lingo Playing Cards may use their first name, general location, and likeness (e.g., photo or testimonial) for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless restricted by law.

 

10. Privacy

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is collected solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.

 

11. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia and, for U.S. participants, the State of California. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the relevant local courts.
